Former Triad school administrator, pastor charged with sex crimes

DAVIDSON COUNTY, North Carolina — A former Triad school administrator and pastor faces up to six years in prison after being charged with engaging in sexual acts with a former student.

Jason Wesley Keller, 45, of Pfafftown, former administrator of Union Grove Christian School was sentenced to five active terms of 12 to 15 months in prison, followed by 30 months of supervised probation.

Keller was arrested on July 11, 2019, for a series of sex crimes he committed from 2008 to 2009, investigators say.

According to Davidson County officials, he unlawfully, willfully and criminally engaged in indecent sexual acts and indecent liberties with the student between August 15, 2008 and September 30 of the same year, while he was a school administrator.

The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office said it received a report from a former victim of a school administrator who had an inappropriate relationship with them in 2019.

Officers interviewed the person who is now an adult and eventually arrested Keller.
