Pastor and school principal charged with child sex abuse

GARRARD COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A 59-year-old Garrard County pastor and school administrator has been charged with 13 counts of first-degree child sexual abuse involving seven of the children. several years, according to court records.
Thomas Wall, of Doty Lane in Paint Lick, was indicted by the Garrard County grand jury on Wednesday on $100,000 cash bond, court records show. His arraignment is scheduled for March 3 at 10 a.m. in Garrard County District Court, according to court records. Wall is pastor at Pentecostal Fellowship Church in Lancaster and director of its Fellowship Christian Academy.

It is unclear whether the alleged victims in the indictments were students at the school. The indictments list the children involved by their initials only. The alleged abuse has been going on since 20007, according to the indictments, which list different time periods for different children. While most children are listed as under 12, one is listed as under 16. The last date the abuse allegedly took place was December 31, 2017, according to the indictment. The periods ranged from 18 months to six years, according to the indictments.
